My wife and I just bought our first home together and we used Something Broken? home inspection services referred by our real estate agent. We met Paul at the new place and he was SUPERB. Paul is very professional and patient to my questions. He not only showed me that all the appliances in the unit are working appropriately but also provided details about potential malfunction. Paul is our ideal inspector: thorough, rigorous, detail-oriented, curious, utterly competent, but also extremely approachable, taking the time to explain what he was noticing, and importantly, how to tell if it is successfully repaired upon the final walk-through.
